They always greet with, 'good morning sir how can we help.' Always polite and courteous , the service I receive I am always happy with.
I assume that they carried out the brake fluid change that it was what it was in for, but the health check threw up some anomalies.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and polite

New tyres and brake pads required. Said car would be ready by 5pm, finally left at 5.30pm.
Everything connected with the service from the collection and delivery of the car to the timing of the service was carried out as agreed.

Was disappointed that the seal in the sump was leaking when vehicle has only done 22k miles. It was a cost I was not expecting to have. This is more about the car than the physical Car Service.
see above. Disappointed that monthly wash/valet service has been discontinued or at least transferred from my existing car for the remaining 2 years of the agreement to my new car now on order.
My Mini was serviced ready for collection on time with all work explained by engineer.
I was impressed by the high standards of customer care at the Hailsham site, the arrangements, the professionalism of the staff, the free valeting provided, comfort of the showroom/hospitality area and the tasks being carried in the time predicted.
Did a MOT. All went smoothly, picked up my car on time without any delay.
Wouldn't move on price of MOT - which was a little disappointing considering the cost at other retailers such as Kwik fit

I had an mot and service on my MINI Roadster on 15/02/2019. Being a show MINI used in concourse competitions I had various requirements. Abigale Scott at the service desk looked after the Roadster as fully understood my requirements. Thanks to Abi.
Incorrect information given regard the type of tyres on my car, and comments made.
When booking we were told that the vehicle was required all day for a major service - on arrival we established it was a brake fluid service only and could have been a while you wait service. Unfortunately that could not be accommodated on the day.
Same as question 1, as making a 2nd visit to the dealership isn't great. Especially when it's 45 minutes away.

Very pleased and good to be kept informed of the build process.
Unfortunately, despite everyones best efforts the problem wasn't sorted. That being said, I think the team did their very best. There is still a rattle in the door. However, it is incredibly difficult to locate and doesn't happen all the time!

Slightly longer wait for delivery than originally anticipated but purchase was did fall during Christmas period and car required transportation. No real issue for me. Handover procedure was excellent and again sales exec. was very good.

Once again the service department forgot to stamp by service history book. On the screen it still displays mini service 700 miles ?Normanlly you have a complimentary valet...They missed the inside.Staff were flat. This has happened before.

Didn't have any problems when the car was getting serviced. Was informed when the service was completed and with the pick up and drop off service provided, I didn't have to do anything which is great especially if you're particularly busy.
