Excellent customer service thanks to Rebecca, she kept me up to date on progress of the car throughout the time that it car was with you. Despite you having to order a part to complete the repair it was finished promptly the following day.

Tom phoned me and explained my service was not due until December despite being booked in. I went ahead the mot booked. Also Georgina contacted me with a pricing for a warning light issue that came on intermittently.

The team were welcoming and the service took the time anticipated while I waited in comfortable surroundings with hot drinks available. They also assisted me with some technical questions re the vehicle and introduced me to the My Mini App.

Issue was fixed and all good, additionally a full inspection of the car was undertaken which I hadn't expected, this found a bulge in a tyre which was then replaced, as a lease car the admin to replace was all done and I didn't need to do a thing.
